Mountain Sage Realty actually started off as Mountain Sage Properties in 2002 and was located in Ahwatukee Foothills. We existed solely as a Property Management Company.

Seeing tremendous success in Mountain Sage Properties, we decided to expand into Residential and Commercial Real Estate. In June of 2004 Mountain Sage Realty was born and we relocated to a more centralized location of the valley, 2 blocks West of the 101 on Warner. In February of 2005, we expanded our operations adding a state-of-the-art Real Estate kiosk to the Arizona Mils Mall, located near Gloria Jeans Coffee, located at Baseline and the I60.

We pride ourselves with exceptional customer service, highly trained sales agents and a dedicated property management team.
